This man, known as “The Dalai Lama” has gained attention the world over for work attempting to liberate Tibet from its Chinese occupiers, as you would hear him say it. From the Chinese, he is a rebellious leader of an uprising. From the Indians, he is a kind guest in our country.

Ancient philosophy state the Hermetic Principle, “So Above, So Below.” Or in Vedanta the parable of Indra’s Net.  Made of beautiful pearls, Indra’s Net extends indefinitely in all directions.  So while all pearls reflect the entire universe, any one reflects all others and their reflections as well.  Like the person standing between two mirrors, your reflections reflect each other on to eternity.  In the same was as above every single particle in the universe reflects all others.  This governing principle helps us to understand our place and relation to the world.  Read more...
