Many of her fans refer to her as a writer or journalist.  Unfortunately my professors and mentors would never call her poorly cited and unreferenced work writing.  In general she is known to chant and shout hatred and tripe to any and all who would listen.  She has claimed that “liberals hate America worse than terrorists,” and one of  my personal favorites:

“We should invade [the terrorists] countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity. We weren’t punctilious about locating and punishing only Hitler and his top officers. We carpet-bombed German cities; we killed civilians. That’s war. And this is war.” (Coulter, 2001)

As much as I may agree with the grave threat Radical Islam proposes, I am in no way shape or form wishing to replace it with Radical Christianity.  Both fundamentalist faiths would push women back into the dark ages where their heads were covered, they wore similarly cloaked garbs, and could not be educated or vote.  Read some of Corinthians and Timothy in the Bible if you wish.

Regardless, I am not here to discuss public policy per se, but rather the type of Chakra conditions that lead to this type of screaming anger and hatred.  Those of you who have watched the violent shouting matches at healthcare informational session Summer 2009 know what I am talking about.  I am talking about an inability to calibrate your response and a deterioration into spittle-flecked raging.

These individuals have a huge amount of energy and creativity coming from their Sacral Chakra which they overly control through limiting and controlling thought patterns in their Third-Chakra.  Furthermore they traditionally exercise rigid repression of their feelings and sexuality.  As a result they become frustrated and further repressed until they explode.

Physically this manifests as metabolic and digestive issues.  Usually they are overweight or skinny-the former hold onto and repress everything, the latter explode streaming diatribes.  Those of you who know me remember how I have travelled through these extremes on my healing and philosophical journey.

Now my heroes journey technically took fourteen years, or a cycle of Pluto-for those of you that care.  As in ancient myths, the hero must surrender his rank and kingdom and live as a nameless servant.  For me I was a Private in the Army and Sannyasi monk.  Needless to say, there are easier ways of releasing this tension.

People stuck in this cycle need a full battery of Chakra treatments from the Root to the Crown.  There is no way to release their feelings and re-integrate them into their human family without them.  They are closed to Heavenly Unity, the Crown Chakra, Human unity, the Heart Chakra, and Earthly Unity, the Root Chakra.

When you read the above it is obvious that for these individuals, there are separate Heavens, separate Human families, and the separate Earths!

As an abbreviated treatment, or to treat yourself before you explode:

• Apply Heart Chakra Oil to the chest area to soothe.
• Apply Root Chakra Oil to the base of the spine to ground.
• Apply Crown Chakra Oil to the crown of the skull to open to higher wisdom.

Although the above treatment will help, one must deal with the philosophy behind separation before fully reintegrating into our universe.

Recently Ralph Lauren (RL) let go of drop-dead gorgeous model Filippa Hamilton, for allegedly breaking her contract. The breach: she did not control her weight. She claims RL told her that she could not fit her sample clothes, a dainty size zero.

The 5’ 10” (177.8 cm) model weighs roughly 120 lbs. (54 kg.). According to her, her size four frame and weight have not changed since hiring. Ironically she only came out publicly, after the firm released a Photoshop edited version of her to Japan that looked worse than a caricature. In this image, included side-by-side above, her head is wider than her pelvis!

As any man can tell you, we would never say she is too fat. In fact, most of us would kill or die just to have her say hello. So the question arises, “What was RL thinking?”  Critics of the fashion industry state that Lauren is wrong for firing her, if that is the case, as it leads to huge esteem issues for women, as well as increase in cases of anorexia and bulimia.

For those of you who do not know, Anorexia Nervosa is a disorder where an individual’s esteem is so damaged that he or she believes themselves too fat no matter the size or weight.  As a result they literally starve themselves to death.  Bulimia is a similar condition that often involves binging and purging where the sufferer binges on eating and then vomits the food out as a way to control weight.

Regardless of whether she is too fat, which she clearly is not, esteem is a delicate issue in both men and women.  I have been involved with abused, depressed, and hurt women my entire life; even working with them in short and long term facilities as a youth. In fact, almost all of them also had addiction issues as well.

The question you are asking though is, “How are all of these issues related from an energetic healing standpoint?” Rest assured, I am getting to that.

The lower chakras generally turn on starting at the age of eight to ten years old.  The first is the Root Chakra which deals with abundance and grounding, while the Sacral Chakra turns on at puberty.  This Chakra, the Sacral, or Second, deals with Creativity, Sexuality and self-esteem.  It is no coincidence that this is the age that most of the depression, abuse, and eating disorders spawn.

In all cases that I have encountered the young women with the eating and abuse disorders mirror in the young men with the acting out and abuse disorders.  As a Chakra-Reiki healer, I recommend that these individuals apply four key oils nightly:

1. Root Chakra Oil on the front below and around the belly button.
2. Sacral Chakra Oil on the back area on hand length above the base of the spine.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra Oil on the back area on hand length above the Sacral Chakra.
4. Throat Chakra Oil at the base of the neck and upper chest.

Although you can make these blends yourself, it is best if you have a Reiki healer apply them-ironically ours oils are already blessed and charged with Reiki.  Our clients testify to their effectiveness over conventional blends.

Let me familiarize you with the survey.  I went to bars all weekend and asked people what they thought of Ms. Fox, down here in San Diego, California.  Overall we got several responses:

1. “Damn dude, she’s hot!”
2. “Who?”
3. “What the heck did she say?/Who the heck are you talking about?”
4. “Yeah, I heard what she said, can you say, ‘Dumb as a box of rocks?’”

Needless to say, Ms. Fox has quite a steep climb ahead of her.  You see, her Second Chakra of creativity and sexuality is out of control.  She has not ascended even the slightest amount into her Third Chakra mental range much less Fourth Chakra integration.  “What?” you ask.

What we mean is that her Root Chakra of abundance, blood and the Earth is deeply connected.  And in a complementary fashion, so is her Second.  Her power comes from a deeply rooted and mature connection in this way.  Yet something is missing.

Whether an act or not, her thought processes require development.  This is where the Third Chakra comes in.  Once she connects her Second and First Chakras to her Third, she will be an unstoppable power, which she may already be heading towards!

Regardless, if she were my client I would recommend colors of blue and green and the universal Fourth Chakra oil.  More later friends!

Patrick Swayze

One thing about Mr. Swayze, of “City of Joy” fame, is that he was born for service.  It is ironic that a man who died of pancreatic cancer would have such a reading.  So one asks immediately, how can a man of service and sacrifice experience such a painful death?  Now I would like to say without any criticism at all that this is just a celebrity reading, not a summation.  Or in plain English, this Chakra read only gives an idea of how we can live our own lives better.

With that being said, Swayze was trying to make the jump through Third, or Solar Plexus, Chakra.  Pancreas, Liver, and Spleen are the issues common in this area.  Let me clarify.  Each of the Chakras maps to an internal and external issue.  The First Chakra is abundance and your connection to the Roots or Earth.  These relationships reflect your family.  The Second Chakra mirrors the tribe, and the Third Chakra, your nation.

So in general, the First Chakra is the clan, “I am Duncan Mc Cleod of the Clan Mc Cleod.”  The Second is your tribe, the twelve tribes of Judah.  The Third is your nation, “I am an Israeli.”  Finally, the Fourth Chakra (Heart Chakra) belongs to the area of supra-national issues.  I normally use Greenpeace, Phish, or other such experiences.

Commonly you will hear teachers talking about loving through the Heart.  This is where Swayze and all of humanity are going.  Mr. Swayze fought to help raise humanity’s vibration.  His earlier movies reflect the naked sexuality of the Second Chakra (Sacral Chakra), “Dirty Dancing,” and the obsessive love of “Ghost.”  In these films you see creativity, but also an inability to separate your love from the object of love.

This obsession is where the Third Chakra (Solar Plexus) overheats.

All of us on planet Earth at this time are trying to learn how to break this cycle.  All around you will see people trying to learn to communicate this love.  Here is where the mystery and spiritual schools try to help.  Loving through the Heart involves a freedom from obligation.  You love the object of your affection without control or desire.

The best example is the idea of divine grace.  People speak of loving others and that the “grace” or your love changes them to light, or love.  This is where these type of Chakra issues source from.  YOU CANNOT CHANGE ANYONE.

I will say again:

YOU CANNOT CHANGE ANYONE.

Furthermore, it is not your right, or your place to do so.  We are not to infringe upon freewill in this fashion, and this is why the Third Chakra overheats.  I have a brother who is extremely sick.  Sometimes he calls me for money etc.  When I give to him it is because I love him, what he does with it is his business.  I never try to tell him what to do or change him.  This may seem tangential, but it is not.

I had a Ulcerative Colitis.  This condition is one of the factors which drove me on my journey of enlightenment.  By releasing the world of my control and loving it, I manage my Third Chakra fire.  I allow it a steady burn, the slow steady fire of coals as opposed to the searing heat of conflagration.  Many of my clients deal with this even now.

Although I am limited to broad brushstrokes here, I will offer a few of the common conditions of Second Chakra through Fourth Chakra burn:

1. Obesity
2. Inflammation
3. Obsessive relationships
4. Constipation
5. Diarrhea
6. Menstrual issues
7. Lower back pain
8. And more…

Now each of this conditions has a source and a treatment, but in general, I recommend a three step process.

1. Use the Fourth Chakra, the universal oil, on your Heart Chakra.
2. Release your control issues through a mantra or mediation on openness.
3. Add the Second Chakra (Sacral Chakra) oil in two places:
   1. The colon and lower gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
   2. Lower back and kidney area.
   3. Finally, the Third Chakra (Solar Plexus) burn:
      1. Allow yourself to feel your hatred, anger and fear, the pain of those crying in the world around you.  Be careful, this fire can inflame severely.
      2. Rub the Third Chakra oil into the Solar Plexus area and upon the middle bottom of the soles of your feet.  This area refers to stomach and liver.  If you feel you need more contact us for a specific treatment.
