First and foremost Breast Cancer has a direct association with the Heart Chakra as one would guess.  Many women who contract it have issues with over-masculinization and a lack of love and tenderness in their lives.  Also, it can come from putting out way more love than you are getting.

We will address three cases today:

1. Chief Executive of Fortune 500 Firm
2. Attorney/Real Estate Mogul
3. Stay at Home Wife

It’s easy for anyone to see how the first and second examples include a lack of femininity and over-masculinization.  But the last may confuse the casual reader.  How can the stay at home wife be too masculine?  Before one cries nonsense, please allow me to explain.

As you will see above, the Heart Chakra issue is lack of femininity and tenderness. This can be a lack of expression or a lack of receiving, or both.  In other words, the woman may be too hard on herself and others, or others may treat her this way.

Now make no mistake, I am not saying that anyone “deserves” cancer per se, or necessarily, “does it to himself or herself.”  What I am saying though, is that we all contribute to our own sickness and healing.  With that perspective in mind, I recommend several complementary treatments.

First and foremost, all women need time to rest, and relax.  They need at least one point during their days where they do not feel rushed and someone does something nice for them.  That someone can be themselves, a favorite sibling or friend, or even a student.

So take some time ladies to feel tenderness.  A cup of tea, an extra 15 minutes in bed or the bath.  Even quiet time staring at a growing thing such as a flower or plant.  Time spent doing this is not wasted, but refills your cup from the inside.  It will do more for you than a million dollars in healthcare spending, or ten pairs of shoes.  (Well maybe not ten pair!)

Seriously, take some time to feel love.  This will lower your risk and reduce chances of reoccurrence.
